Refund & Returns Policy

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@oluvclo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return address and instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service — OLUVCLO is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale and final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "final sale" at checkout
  • Items returned after 30 days or showing signs of wear

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
