Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic shipping rates & estimates

• Standard (3–5 business days): $7.95
• Express (1–2 business days): $19.95
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included at checkout.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Lost or damaged packages

OLUVCLO is not liable for packages lost in transit by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@oluvclo.com with your order number and photos.
